Ready Machinery, Valley Mechanical and Begley Overhead Doors & Docks now operate as ReadyForce, giving Ontario one call for industrial work.

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO, CANADA, October 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Ready Machinery & Equipment (Canada), Valley Mechanical and Begley Overhead Doors & Docks have united under one name: ReadyForce Industrial Services Inc.

Together, the three companies bring more than 70 years of experience serving plants across Toronto, the GTA and Southern Ontario. As ReadyForce, they operate under one management team and one standard of service. The crews, contacts and phone numbers customers already know stay the same.

For customers, the change means a broader scope of work through a single point of contact. A plant manager who once called Begley for a dock door can now reach machinery moving, millwright and mechanical crews through the same team, with one partner coordinating the whole job.

Four Divisions. One Team.

- Machinery Movers. Rigging, heavy haul and full plant relocations, from planning through final placement.
- Industrial Millwrights. Certified 433A millwrights for equipment installation, alignment and commissioning to OEM specifications.
- Mechanical. Process and utility piping, pressure piping, boilers, gas, steam, industrial plumbing, compressed air and fabrication.
- Overhead Doors & Docks. Commercial and industrial doors, dock levelers, seals and restraints, with 24/7 emergency response.

ReadyForce employs more than 100 people, runs a fleet of approximately 200 trucks and assets, and has completed more than 20,000 projects across Ontario for manufacturers, food and beverage processors, automotive suppliers, logistics and warehousing operators, general contractors and equipment manufacturers.

For Jim Guest, Owner of ReadyForce, the new name is built on relationships the three companies have spent decades earning.

"ReadyForce gives our customers one trusted partner for a broader range of industrial services" said Guest. "We know their facilities, people and expectations, and now we bring additional capabilities together to deliver projects more efficiently while maintaining the organized, coordinated approach our customers expect."

The single brand also gives ReadyForce room to grow. The company plans to expand its industrial service capabilities and is adding experienced tradespeople and project managers across all four divisions.

Customers of the three legacy companies will see the ReadyForce name on quotes, invoices, trucks and signage starting October 1. Existing agreements, purchase orders and customer contacts remain unchanged. The new website is live at ReadyForceIND.com.
